You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to AAT Technology Services Pty Ltd arising from any product sold by PeakSensuality shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall AAT Technology Services Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, and exemplary or punitive damages related to any product sold. All adult products sold on this site are sold as novelties.

Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns for any products purchased.
Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via email or telephone, or via the website. Please contact us before returning any items and please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases.
Every product we sell is tested with the batteries provided before it leaves our warehouse to minimise any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.
